Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or entering into a service agreement with SABI Interior and Construction Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

SABI provides interior design, residential and commercial construction, renovation, landscape design, and turnkey project services across Nepal. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are detailed in a signed project agreement or quotation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any party, modify the scope of services, or discontinue any service offering at our discretion. All services are subject to availability and project feasibility.

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, the following standard terms apply:

• ▸30% advance payment upon signing of the project agreement
• ▸40% payment upon completion of structural or mid-project milestone
• ▸20% payment upon substantial completion
• ▸10% final payment upon project handover and client acceptance

All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest charges as stipulated in the project agreement. SABI reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are received.

Project timelines are estimated based on scope, site conditions, and resource availability at the time of agreement. SABI commits to completing projects within agreed timelines, subject to force majeure events, client-initiated changes, or unforeseen site conditions.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing and may result in revisions to the timeline and/or project cost. SABI will provide a change order estimate within 5 business days of receiving a change request.

All architectural drawings, interior design concepts, 3D renderings, and other creative works produced by SABI remain the intellectual property of SABI Interior and Construction Pvt. Ltd. until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. SABI retains the right to use project photographs and designs in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs, website content, or brand materials is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SABI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with a project agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project to which the claim relates.

SABI's warranty covers workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the project handover date, subject to proper use and maintenance by the client.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
