Our initial free consultation typically takes 1–2 hours. During this meeting, we discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. We then schedule a follow-up site visit within 3–5 business days.
Our team of architects and designers will visit your property to assess the space, measure dimensions, evaluate structural conditions, and identify any potential challenges or opportunities. This ensures our designs are accurate and feasible.
The number of revisions depends on your chosen package. Basic packages include 2 revisions, Standard includes 5, and Premium offers unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design.
We pride ourselves on complete transparency. Our quotations are itemized, covering every cost including materials, labour, equipment, and contingencies. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
We conduct rigorous quality checks at every stage: foundation, structural work, MEP installations, finishes, and final handover. Our dedicated quality assurance team inspects all work against internationally recognized standards.
After handover, we provide comprehensive documentation including as-built drawings, warranty certificates, and maintenance guides. Our after-sales team remains available to address any concerns during the warranty period.
